The breakfast was excellent. They had so many choices with asian and continental cuisine! the bakery products were delicious and fresh. we were also surprised with birthday decorations and a personal greeting in our room. a decorated cake! the staff even joined in our celebrations. It felt so special.
the reservation process felt too focused on money. i had questions about using my anantara members card, but the department ignored my requests and only focused on the transfer payment and the compulsory dinner. it's unusual to have a compulsory dinner payment, especially if i don't want to eat there

Really good Stay, A Detailed Review

The resort boasts overwater villas, offering views. The staff was accommodating and their service exceeded my expectations. Lagoon-style pools and thai architecture create a relaxing environment. I found a great level of relaxation (the pools were quite refreshing).
The only slight issue was that the beach house restaurant food was quite overpriced for its average quality.

Staff members were helpful and displayed pleasant communication skills. Housekeeping was attentive. They made sure my needs were met, and i found them to be reliable. Their assistance with luggage was seamless.

My lagoon access room was worth the expense. The room décor felt luxurious and was impeccably clean. The provided amenities enhanced the experience, including a well-stocked mini-bar and comfortable bedding.

The location is full of history with gorgeous interiors adding to its charm. The resort's architecture is quite excellent. Palm trees surround the hotel, giving the feeling of being in thailand.

The premier lagoon access room exceeded my expectations. I loved stepping directly into the lagoon from my terrace. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection of tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff WERE consistently friendly and were pretty good too ensure I had a nice stay.
The main pool can get a little crowded during peak hours.
